Primary responsibilities: Quality dental hygiene treatment by performance of thorough and gentle prophylaxis for patients or performance of scaling, root planing, and polishing for selective patients.Communicate with patients in an understandable and professional way. Ability to teach proper oral hygiene techniques to patients and counsel patients on proper nutrition and oral health.

Requirements: Must be licensed to practice in state of Kansas and meet other applicable state requirements. Must have completed at least 2 years of post-secondary education from an accredited dental hygiene program. Experience providing prophylaxis, Periodontal maintenance and taking X-rays. Working knowledge of computers (experience with Dentrix software preferred). Professional attitude and demeanor. Attention to details.
