Sorry Matt, but what you are asking is illegal in Michigan. Hygienists cannot work independently. You need to be a “patient of record” and be examined by a dentist before a hygienist can clean your teeth. I can’t imagine why you need your teeth cleaned 6 x a year, but you will need to find a dental office and pay for the initial dentist exam first. There is no law that states that you have to see the dentist every time you have your teeth cleaned after that.
