The doctor has been in practice for over 20 years and loves dentistry, his patients and his team. Brand new state-of-the-art dental practice with digital x-rays,Dentrix software, intraoral cameras, nitrous oxide, Casey education system and relaxing dental suites with TV monitors . We do not participate with HMO’s or Managed Care type plans. We work hard , but have fun every day with the dental clients we serve, and with each other.
We are seeking a candidate with a good attitude,who is caring , friendly and has a ” I’ll do anything to help my fellow team members and to move the practice in a positive direction” attitude.
Our requirements are a minimum of two years hygiene experience, good computer,clinical, treatment planning and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and periodontal skills are highly valued as well. Also very important is the desire to participate in team building and practice development through CE courses and through on going monthly team meetings. Benefits include a salary commensurate with experience,dental and health benefits, CE,paid vacation, SepIRA, and a bonus system based on how well the practice is doing each month. No late evenings. Mon-Thurs 8AM-5PM Additional hours or an occassional Saturday (8-2) by an as needed basis,and by team agreement.
